Alexander & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Sean Alexander, Ph.D., an internationally renowned authority in executive, management and team development and has served as a senior corporate consultantto many of the world's largest Fortune 500 corporations. His expertise can also be seen in his working with small and medium-sized companies as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor specializing in implementation and setup, business advisory, full-service accounting, and tax preparation and as a professional presenter of QuickBooks seminars.

Sean operates from an experience-based perspective and utilizing this philosophy in all of his client partnerships. He believes it is vital to treat his clients with dignity and respect in every aspect of the client relationship.

Sean has been trusted by some of the world’s largest companies, including IBM, Barnett Bank, Burger King Corporation, Southeast Toyota, Wachovia Bank, Puerto Rico Telephone Company, and American Express, in their strategic and organizational development needs. His background in design, development and implementation in the areas of leadership, sales & marketing, customer service and information technology combined with high-performance consulting, business operations and change management equips Sean to understand fully his individual and corporate clients and assess their current strengths, identify challenge areas and move into a solution quickly and decisively.

Sean graduated Cum Laude in obtaining his Master’s degree from Northbridge University and two Doctorate degrees. He is a distinguished Board Supervisor of the National Christian Counselors Association and National Board of Christian Clinical Therapist, and his post-graduate work has included research and study in the fields of Christian psychology and business. He is also a member of the International Association of Coaches, National Speakers Association, and Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training and Development.
